Fipronil 10% Dropper

För behandling och förebyggande av loppor och fästingar. Angrepp och kontroll av lopp- och fästingallergidermatit hos hundar.

Fipronil 10% dropp för hundar och katter ger snabb, effektiv och bekväm behandling och kontroll av loppor, fästingar (inklusive förlamningsfästing) och bitande löss på hundar och katter samt valpar eller kattungar 8 veckor eller äldre.

 BRUKSANVISNING

För att döda loppor, alla stadier av bruna hundfästingar, amerikanska hundfästingar, ensamstående fästingar och hjortfästingar (som kan bära på borrelia) samt tugglöss, applicera loppor på katter och valpar eller kattungar 8 veckor eller äldre enligt följande:

Place bottle tip through animal’s hair to the skin level between th shoulder blades. Applying entire contents in a single spot on the animal’s stin, Awoid siperficial application to the animal’s hair.

Flera månatliga behandlingar rekommenderas för att utrota kvalster.

 Fipronil 10% dropp Kan även användas för behandling och kontroll av lopp-, fästing- och tugglössangrepp hos avels-, dräktiga och digivande tikar.

 Dosering och administreringsväg

Route of administration – By topical application to the skin according to bodyweight, as follows:

*1 pipett på 0,67 ml per hund som väger 2 kg och upp till 10 kg

   kroppsvikt

*1 pipett på 1,34 ml per hund som väger över 10 kg och upp till 20 kg

   kroppsvikt

*1 pipett på 2,68 ml per hund som väger över 20 kg och upp till 40 kg

   kroppsvikt

*1 pipett på 4,02 ml per hund som väger över 40 kg och upp till 60 kg

   Kroppsvikt

För hundar över 60 kg, använd två pipetter à 2,68 ml.

Method of administration – Hold upright. Tap the narrow part of the

pipetten för att säkerställa att innehållet är inom pipettens huvuddel.

Break back the snap-off top from the spot-on pipette along the scored line.  Part the coat between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the pipette against the skin and squeeze gently at one or two spots to empty its contents directly onto the skin, preferably at two spots, one at the base of the skull and a second 2-3cms further back. .

Care should be taken to avoid excessive wetting of the hair with the product since this will cause a sticky appearance of hairs at the treatment spot.  However, should this occur, it will disappear within 24 hours post application.

I avsaknad av säkerhetsstudier är det kortaste behandlingsintervallet 4 veckor.
